Mark Begor was named Chief Executive Officer of Equifax and a member of the Board of Directors in April 2018.

Begor has created a New Equifax during his tenure as CEO. Under his leadership, Equifax has undertaken one of the largest cloud transformation initiatives in its industry. The company has invested over $1.5 billion to change nearly every facet of its infrastructure, has become an industry leader in security, is driving AI innovation, and is on track to become the only cloud-native data, analytics and technology company of its kind.

Equifax has grown from $3.4B in 2018 to record 2023 annual revenue of $5.265 billion, a compound growth rate of approximately 9.1%. This strong financial performance has enabled the company to complete 14 strategic acquisitions totaling nearly $4 billion since the beginning of 2021 to broaden Equifax capabilities well beyond a traditional credit bureau in the markets the company serves worldwide, while investing record amounts to expand data, analytics, product, and technology capabilities.

Before joining Equifax, Begor served as a Managing Director in the Industrial and Business Services group at Warburg Pincus, a $40 billion growth-focused private equity firm with more than 120 portfolio companies. He also served for two years as a member of the Board of Directors at FICO.

Prior to that, Begor spent 35 years at General Electric, most recently as President and CEO of GE’s $8 billion energy management business. Before leading GE Energy Management, Mark was President and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate. He also served as President and CEO of GE Capital Retail Finance (Synchrony Financial), successfully guiding it through a period where the business doubled in size.

Begor was a Senior Vice President and member of GE’s Corporate Executive Council for 10 years and a GE officer for 19 years. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer at NBCUniversal Media and as GE's Investor Relations leader, where he oversaw a large number of acquisitions and dispositions.

Begor currently serves on the Board of Directors of NCR Atleos. He previously served on the Board of Directors at NCR Corporation from February 2020 until the company separated into NCR Atleos and NCR Voyix in October 2023. He is also on the Board of Trustees at both Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Foundation.

Begor is a graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, and he has an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Prior to Equifax, Bindal acted as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development at Total System Services (TSYS), as well as Vice President of Corporate Development at Broadridge Financial Solutions. Prior to his corporate development roles, he spent nine years in investment banking at Credit Suisse in its Technology M&A group in New York.

Bindal earned his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, dual Master of Science degrees in computer science and chemical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Chad Borton is President of Workforce Solutions. A leader in people-driven, data-powered HR solutions, Workforce Solutions partners with thousands of businesses and government entities to provide human resource, employment, tax, management, and payroll-related services.

Borton previously served as President of SoFi Bank and Executive Vice President of SoFi Lending. Under his leadership, SoFi Bank grew to more than $26 billion in assets and $21 billion in deposits.

Prior to SoFi, Chad served as President of USAA Bank and Vice Chairman of the Bank’s Board of Directors, providing executive leadership for nearly 10,000 employees serving over 9 million members with $100 billion in assets delivering $6 billion in annual revenue. Borton also held the position of Executive Vice President, Head of Consumer and Business Banking for Fifth Third Bank where he led retail banking, business banking, mortgage, indirect auto lending, consumer credit operations, and business controls. He also held executive leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, including Chief Financial Officer for the Consumer Bank, and served financial services clients during his tenure at McKinsey. 

Borton served on active duty in the United States Army. He holds a BS in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Trevor Burns is Senior Vice President of Corporate Investor Relations, responsible for leading Equifax’s strategic dialogue and communications with the investment community and Wall Street research analysts.

Burns joined Equifax in 2005 and has held a number of finance and investor relations leadership positions during his tenure with the company, most recently serving as Senior Financial Officer for Equifax Global Consumer Solutions. Prior to Equifax, Burns held accounting roles with AT&T Mobility and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Burns holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. He remains actively involved in his alma mater as a student mentor.

Prior to Equifax, Chaney served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Communications, at Graphic Packaging International, with a significant portion of her role focused on building and developing talent to ensure the company’s profitable growth. During her tenure at Graphic Packaging, the company successfully transformed its portfolio through acquisitions and innovation, moving into a global packaging leadership position. Before Graphic Packaging, Carla held U.S. and international-based executive roles at Exide Technologies, Newell Rubbermaid, and Georgia Pacific.

Carla is currently a Board member for the Atlanta-based Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), whose focus is inspiring and empowering black entrepreneurs.

Chaney earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. She also completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Development program at Cornell.

Jamil Farshchi is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Equifax. Farshchi joined Equifax in 2018 and led an unprecedented transformation of the company’s security and technology capabilities, considered one of the largest cloud initiatives ever undertaken in our industry. Today, Equifax is regarded as having one of the most advanced, effective, and transparent cybersecurity programs in business.

Farshchi serves on the Board of Directors for UKG, is a Strategic Advisor for the FBI and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Technology Security Coalition. He was named a Top Voice in Technology and Innovation by LinkedIn.

Prior to Equifax, Farshchi was Chief Information Security Officer at The Home Depot, where he led the security turnaround for the Fortune 50 company following a high-profile data breach. He also previously served as Chief Information Security Officer of Time Warner, where he defended the company’s premier networks such as Warner Bros., CNN and HBO; Vice President of Global Information Security for Visa, where he secured more than $7 trillion of payment card transactions annually; and Chief Information Security Officer of the Los Alamos National Laboratory, where he protected some of the most sensitive national security and nuclear weapon assets in the U.S. Farshchi began his career at NASA protecting emerging technologies, eventually becoming the agency’s Deputy Chief Information Assurance Officer.

Farshchi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development.

John Gamble is the Chief Financial Officer at Equifax and is responsible for all financial functions, including corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, audit, tax and treasury, as well as global procurement, real estate, and the Equifax shared service center in Costa Rica.

Previously, Gamble was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lexmark International, Inc., where, in addition to corporate finance functions, he was responsible for the company’s investor relations, information technology, strategy and development; and internal audit and security functions. Prior to Lexmark, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Agere Systems, Inc. Before that, Gamble held finance leadership roles with AlliedSignal, Inc., and then Honeywell International, Inc., following the merger of the two companies. Earlier, he served in a variety of finance capacities with General Motors. Gamble began his career as an electrical engineer with Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

Gamble holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia Business School.

Todd Horvath is President of U.S. Information Solutions (USIS) at Equifax. In this role, Horvath is responsible for leveraging the company’s differentiated data assets, Equifax Cloud™-based technology and deep analytics expertise to create innovative solutions that drive financial opportunity for businesses and consumers.

Horvath joined Equifax from Fiserv, where he most recently served as the Co-Head of the Fiserv Banking organization. In this role, he was responsible for enabling the success of thousands of financial institutions and fintech clients, taking a customer-centric approach to the development and delivery of innovative card payment, debit network, digital banking and payments, data aggregation, and account processing solutions. During his tenure at Fiserv, Horvath also held the role of Executive Vice President and Group President of Account Processing, where he led the delivery of on-premise, private cloud and public cloud fintech solutions to financial institutions across the United States.

Horvath previously spent 18 years in international leadership roles at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), most recently holding the position of President, Multinational Clients. In this role, he spearheaded efforts to expand the breadth of ADP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) services and solutions through strategic partnerships and the architecture of a single, unified platform.

Horvath received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego and a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of International Management.

Houston joined Equifax in 2013 and previously served as Chief Transformation Officer for three years, overseeing the company's response to the 2017 cyber incident. Prior to that, Houston held the position of Senior Vice President, U.S. Legal, where she led the legal team supporting the U.S. Information Solutions, Workforce Solutions and Global Consumer Services business units.

Before joining Equifax, Houston was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Convergys Corporation, as well as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Mirant Corporation.

She currently serves on the boards of the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, Leadership Atlanta, the Woodruff Arts Center, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Police Foundation, and is a member of the International Women’s Forum, the Atlanta Rotary Club and the Carter Center’s Board of Councilors.

Houston holds a Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and a bachelor’s degree with distinction from the University of Virginia.

J. Kelley joined Equifax as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Vice President in 2013. He has responsibility for legal services, global sourcing, compliance, government and legislative relations, and corporate governance.

Before joining Equifax, Kelley was a senior partner at King & Spalding in its corporate practice group, where he practiced a broad range of corporate finance transactions and securities matters, and advised public clients regarding SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, among other corporate governance and compliance matters.

As part of his focus on corporate governance, Kelley was instrumental in helping create the Lead Director Network. The network is made up of lead directors, presiding directors and non-executive chairmen from many of America's leading companies who meet to discuss how to improve the performance of their corporations and earn the trust of their shareholders through more effective board leadership.

Kelley has been recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America, one of America's Leading Lawyers by Chambers, and one of Georgia's Super Lawyers by Atlanta Magazine.

He graduated summa cum laude from Hamilton College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Lisa is the President of Equifax International accountable for more than a $1B of annual revenues across 24 countries. She and her team are delivering insights fueled by unique data, analytics and technology to customers across several industries including financial services, telco/utility, government, auto and the SME space. Prior to this role, Lisa acted as Managing Director for two of the largest international regions, Canada and Australia/New Zealand. Most recently, she reinvigorated the recently acquired Australia/New Zealand business by focusing on customers and engaging the team in Equifax's global transformation initiative.

Prior to joining Equifax, Lisa was Vice President of Global Scoring Solutions for FICO, overseeing the sale and delivery of scoring services to clients worldwide. While at FICO, she held a variety of executive leadership positions within market strategy, product management, direct and channel partner sales, regulatory compliance and business operations. In addition to her work at FICO, Lisa held executive positions with FIS and Deluxe Corporation.

Schneider joined Equifax from Visa, where he served as the Global Head of Data Products, serving customers and partners with web-based and API Data Products to drive customer engagement, fraud strategies, marketing optimization, and underwriting strategies.

Prior to Visa, Schneider built and successfully launched the challenger bank Tandem Bank in the U.K. As Tandem Bank’s Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Analytics Officer, he led the development of the bank’s product suite as well as the company’s risk management, data management, marketing and analytic strategies.

Schneider also held data and analytics leadership positions at Capital One, including Managing Vice President of Decision Sciences, for the Capital One credit card business. Prior to Capital One, he held international data and business leadership roles at Citigroup and Pardus Capital Management.

Feidler was President and Chief Operating Officer and a director of BellSouth Corporation from 2005 until January 2007. He also served as its Chief Staff Officer during 2004. From 2001 through 2003, Feidler was Chief Operating Officer of Cingular Wireless and served on the Board of Directors of Cingular from 2005 until January 2007.

During her tenure at Randstad, she served as the company’s executive sponsor for the founding of the The Velocity Network Foundation. The mission of The Velocity Network is to build a world network for verifiable career credentials powered by blockchain technology that can accelerate the hiring process and open up more opportunities for job seekers.

Prior to joining Randstad, Fichuk spent more than 25 years at Nielsen Holdings PLC, a global information services leader, where she most recently served as President, Developed Markets. In this role, she led 4,000 employees across North America and Western Europe transforming the business model from client service to a product sales organization.

Fichuk was appointed to the Equifax Board in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and sits on the Global Leadership Council of the Colorado State University College of Business.

Based in New York, he was Vice Chair of Assurance Services of Ernst & Young LLP from 2009 to July 2014, and Americas Vice Chair until his retirement in September 2014. Hough joined Ernst & Young in 1978 and became a partner in 1987. During his career at Ernst & Young, he led various teams across the firm, including serving as Vice Chair and Southeast Area Managing Partner from 2000 to 2009 and Vice Chair of Human Resources from 1996 to 2000.

Larson previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Workday, a leading provider of solutions to help organizations manage their people and money. Under her financial leadership, the company consistently beat quarterly guidance and issued their first investment grade debt offering, raising $3 billion. During her nearly decade-long tenure with Workday, Larson held several leadership positions across the company’s finance and product organizations, including Senior Vice President of accounting, tax, and treasury, as well as General Manager of Workday Financial Management, where she oversaw Workday Financial Management applications.

Prior to joining Workday, Larson held various leadership roles in corporate finance spanning more than 20 years at VMWare, TIBCO, and Symantec. 

Larson was appointed to the Equifax Board in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Arizona.

Since 2014, she has overseen the company’s legal division and functions related to human resources, compliance, government relations, global cybersecurity and the office of the corporate secretary. 

Tillman joined Aflac in 1996 and has held positions of increasing significance, including helping launch Aflac Japan as a standalone subsidiary. Prior to joining Aflac, she was an associate with Smith, Helms, Mulliss and Moore and an associate professor at the North Carolina Central University School of Law. Audrey received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her JD from the University of Georgia School of Law.
